Just called in this morning to collect my grandson’s kit bag which he left on school bus two days ago.

Without exception, every member of staff that I encountered ( from the gentlemen in the car park who gave clear, precise info about how to find the Inspector’s office and how to manage the one way system on the way out again, to the staff who I spoke to in the office ) was approachable, pleasant and professional.

Unfortunately, these days, “service” like this is rare.
